The Senior Care system provides case management and support services for people aged 65 years or older who are at risk of nursing home placement. Gap-filling funds to meet other needs may also be available to those who qualify. Those funds include support for personal care, chores, medications, medical equipment and supplies, adult day care, respite care, home-delivered meals, transportation, and emergency response systems.

All enrolled Veterans are eligible for Adult Day Health Care IF they are eligible for community care and meet the clinical criteria for the service and it is available.
A copay for Adult Day Health Care may be charged based on your VA service-connected disability status and financial information. Contact your VA social worker/case manager to complete the Application for Extended Care Benefits (VA Form 10-10EC) to learn the amount of your copay.
Worldshine AMDC is an approved Medicaid Service Provider by Maryland. If you are a Maryland Medicaid recipient, you might be eligible to receive Medical Day Care Services, and the Care fee will be covered by Medicaid. Please contact our social worker At 301-250-3555 to find out your eligibility.
