About Us
Maryland’s trusted adult medical day care, providing professional care, meaningful connection, and dependable support across three locations in Gaithersburg, Beltsville, and Frederick.
More Than Care — Support You Can Count On
Worldshine is an adult medical day care provider serving individuals who benefit from health support, assistance with daily living, rehabilitation, memory care, or greater opportunities for social connection.
Each day, participants have access to professional nursing care, medication support, nutritious meals and snacks, physical therapy, social work services, accessible transportation, and engaging activities in a safe, welcoming environment.
Whether someone comes for medical support, companionship, daily activities, or a combination of needs, Worldshine is designed to help participants stay active, connected, and supported while giving families and caregivers greater peace of mind.
Since 2014, we have supported more than 1,000 individuals and families across Maryland.

Our Journey Across Maryland
Worldshine’s journey began in 2014, and each new chapter has brought us closer to more participants, families, and communities across Maryland.
From our first center in Germantown to our expansion into Beltsville and Frederick, and later our move to a larger location in Gaithersburg, Worldshine has continued to grow with the communities we serve.
