Courses
We offer a variety of courses to give everyone a chance to learn something new! These activities not only give our participants something fun to do, but also encourages engagement with the world around them as they pursue a life rich in learning. Who knows what new skills or passions may be discovered?
Alzheimer’s and dementia-specific activities
These activities have proven to be particularly helpful for our participants with memory loss. They help maintain cognitive function, a sense of security, and can calm anxious or aggressive behaviors for our participants. The activities also provide a sense of control over their day and environment, especially for those in the early stages of the disease. For those in the end stage of dementia, these activities are often one of the few ways they can still engage with their memories and communicate.
