Adult Medical Day Care Program
Our Adult Medical Day Care Program provides coordinated daytime support for participants who may need help managing health conditions, medications, mobility, and daily routines. Registered nurses, caregivers, and other team members work together to provide health monitoring, personal assistance, nutritious meals, transportation, social services, and engaging activities in one welcoming setting. The goal is to help participants stay active, supported, and connected while giving families added peace of mind.
Senior Center Plus Program
Senior Center Plus is designed for participants who may not need medical care throughout the day but still benefit from structure, social connection, activities, meals, and supportive services. Participants can enjoy exercise, games, music, arts and crafts, cultural programs, outings, and time with friends in a comfortable community setting.
