Our Services

From nursing care and therapy to nutritious meals, transportation, social services, and engaging programs, everything is thoughtfully coordinated in one welcoming place.

Nursing Service

Our registered nurses provide ongoing health support throughout the day, helping participants manage chronic conditions and stay on top of their care needs. Services may include health monitoring, medication assistance, coordination with medical providers, mobility support, and help following care plans. Our nursing team also keeps families informed when changes or concerns arise.

Dining Services

Fresh breakfast, lunch, and snacks are prepared daily to support both nutrition and enjoyment. Menus are reviewed with dietary needs in mind and can accommodate concerns such as diabetes, food allergies, swallowing difficulties, and other special diets. Mealtimes also provide a relaxed opportunity to socialize and connect with others.

Social Work Services

Our social workers help participants and families navigate the practical and emotional challenges that can come with changing care needs. Support may include benefits guidance, housing resources, caregiver support, referrals to community services, and help coordinating additional assistance. We also provide a trusted point of contact when families need guidance or have questions.

Activity Services

Our activities are designed to keep participants active, engaged, and connected throughout the day. Depending on the schedule, activities may include exercise, art, music, dancing, karaoke, games, mahjong, cultural celebrations, educational programs, health talks, shopping outings, and special events. We offer a variety of choices so participants can enjoy familiar interests while discovering something new.
