Payment & Benefit
We’re here to help make care easier to understand and more accessible. Explore Maryland Medicaid, VA benefits, self-pay, long-term care insurance, and other coverage options available through Worldshine.
Worldshine AMDC is an approved Medicaid Service Provider by Maryland. If you are a Maryland Medicaid recipient, you may be eligible to receive Medical Day Care Services, the care fee covered by Medicaid. Please contact our social worker at 301-250-3555 to find out your eligibility.
If you are not yet a Medicaid recipient, and believe you can qualify, please feel free to contact our social worker. They can assist with your Medicaid application.
All enrolled veterans are eligible for Adult Day Health Care IF they are eligible for community care and meet the clinical criteria for the service.
A copay for Adult Day Health Care may be charged based on your VA service-connected disability status and financial information. Contact your VA social worker/case manager to complete the Application for Extended Care Benefits (VA Form 10-10EC) and learn the amount of your copay.
One reason many families choose to utilize the services of adult medical day care is that it’s considerably less expensive than full-time nursing care and in-home care.
We provide the most cost-effective self-pay package. Please call us at 301-250-3555 or fill out the contact form for more information.
